When chocolate meets Leckerly, two delicious traditions come together. Our Basel Schoggi combines smooth milk chocolate with authentic Jakob’s Basler Leckerly pieces. Spiced, sweet and wonderfully crunchy, it tastes of Basel’s Old Town, the Rhine and a hint of warm spices in the air.
The original Basler Leckerly are traditionally baked according to a time honoured recipe and with plenty of craftsmanship. Wrapped in creamy milk chocolate, they create a bar that brings together two sweet traditions and tastes unmistakably of Basel.
Inspired by an early morning walk across the Mittlere Brücke, the scent of freshly baked Leckerly and the Münster glowing in the morning sun. A little chocolate love letter to Basel and to everyone who wants to take a piece of the city on the Rhine home with them.
